Sanabil Garden Housing Society located in Zone 4 of Islamabad is declared illegal by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad.
Cause:
Capital Development Authority of Islamabad told that the illegal declared housing society was selling plots without the approval of master plan and other legal formalities set by the authority. CDA Chairman Captain (r) Muhammad Usman stated that the society will not sale plots until master plan of the society approved by the CDA. He directed Islamabad Police, Deputy Commissioner of Islamabad, Registrar and Director of Building to continue legal action against illegal housing societies of Islamabad to ensure safety of the citizens.
According to National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Interior officials: 109 housing societies in Islamabad are illegal only 47 housing societies are legal and approved by the CDA.

Sanabil Garden Housing Society was a large housing society project located near Bahria enclave and Nilore neighborhood in Zone 4 of Islamabad. It was selling plots of different sizes. It was project of Al-Safa Marketing.
